These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and winjoy ("winjoy", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the winjoy online gaming platform available at winjoy.club and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are required to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). winjoy may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point. This may involve submitting a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered number). Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

3.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. winjoy will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the winjoy support team immediately at [email protected]. winjoy will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Sharing. Your winjoy account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who actually performed it — will be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winjoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from supported Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 4.5 Transaction Fees. winjoy does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own service charges, for which winjoy accepts no responsibility.

4.6 Account Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied on the Platform.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by winjoy are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time each offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must typically be met within the time period specified; uncompleted wagering requirements will cause the bonus to expire.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and specific slot titles may carry different contribution percentages. Full details of game contributions will be provided in each promotion's terms.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. 5.5 winjoy's Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions. winjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already met the qualifying criteria for a promotion at the time of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Odds and Markets. Odds offered on the Platform reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement. Pre-match odds are fixed at the time a bet is accepted. In-play (live betting) odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of bet submission will apply.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, incorrect odds published in error, or an event being cancelled. Void bets will be refunded in full to your winjoy account balance.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. The maximum payout per single betting event is subject to limits that vary by sport, market, and bet type. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winjoy Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of winjoy. Unauthorised use of winjoy's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Maximum Liability. Where winjoy's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feed services. winjoy is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service failures of any third-party provider.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the winjoy Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
